Η καλαθοπλέκτρια Σταυρού Χριστοφή ήταν εκ γενετής τυφλή. Κατασκεύαζε κοφίνες για βιοποριστικούς λόγους και πέθανε το 1986 σε ηλικία 63 χρονών. Στη φωτογραφία βρίσκεται σε ηλικία 50-55 χρονών.
Άτομα τα οποία την γνώριζαν, θαύμαζαν την επιδεξιότητά της στην κατασκευή κοφινών.
